The study found that 26 percent of U.S. millennials (and 24 percent of the total U.S. workforce) were having a harder time with work-life balance than they were five years ago. Twaronite says U.S. millennials, in particular, "tended to find they had increased work hours, stagnant wage growth, lack of advancement [opportunities] and increased travel."
